By registering with ATBC, members agree to follow club court etiquette, respect session booking limits, and provide accurate contact details for communications and emergency purposes.
Bookings & cancellations
- Session bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the session starts.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking priority.
- When you book for additional players, you are responsible for them following these terms.
Coupons
Coupon codes are single-use per booking or order, non-transferable, and apply only to club shop or session-booking purchases.
Communication
ATBC may use your contact details to send session reminders, event updates and club news. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time.
